    Our film is a 3M Ceramic Series which blocks 80% of the sun's heat-producing infrared light and 59% of the heat coming through your windows. These films also block 99% of harmful UV rays. Or says the POP propaganda.

    It is getting up to the 100 degree mark in the next couple of days so we had the MiEV tinted last week. To meet inspection code we had Sun Shades put a "Eyebrow" on the front windshield.

    My wife and I were driving down the road and she holler's "Look! Another MiEV"! and turning left at the light we were at was a White "Graphics" model. I honked and the lady looked over at us and waved. My wife said she won that car when the dealership first started selling the i-MiEV's last year.

    Our MiEV had the Clipper Creek EVSE compatibility upgrade and brake recall done yesterday. Service department put the wing nuts on so tight I had to use pliers to open the engine compartment again ...

    The box is inside and dry and the cord runs out to the i-MiEV. Another thought is our old (1925) little (695 sq ft) house only has a car port so I'll have to be considering charging in inclement weather ...
