Same story here - anywhere below 15% on my 2012 and I need to reconnect, sometimes more than once. At a public charger, forget about it. Living with it though, getting up to 50 mile range, though inconsistent, with around 70k miles. I'll check/replace the 12v battery.

I'm in Portland, Maine, and would be willing to spend $12k if I could get more than the 62k miles when new. Otherwise, not sure.

Great site for enthusiasts, but not helpful to an owner like me who isn't likely to tear into these systems. What I need is a shop within range who can do the upgrade work. Most trouble-free car I have owned: 2012 with 70k, range dropping fast.
