Thanks. Sounds like I have spend some money on this. The car is otherwise in good shape so it's worth it I guess. It could also be that Massachusetts roads are now so bad that a little car like the iMiEV can't survive. We've already popped a tire in a GrandCanyon sized pothole.

Thanks! I did measure battery with a meter and it's 12.4 v. Do I have to disconnect it to get a correct measurement? Should I disconnect it to charge it? I have a charger. I am not very good at these things so excuse my ignorance :)

I have found a "workaround" until I get this looked at by the dealer. If I drive in "B" the error never appears. Wouldn't that mean it has to do with the gear shifter? Ajnyhow, that makes it possible to get he car to the dealer without having to have it towed.
