We intuitively recognize that cost/mile of our iMiEVs is significantly lower than even the most economical hybrid (and that goes for the Volt as well) - especially with our gasoline prices presently hovering around $4.50/gallon. I find that my iMiEV draws 3.06kW at 240v - thus, if you could simply measure the exact amount of time you charge off-site, you should be able to get a good handle on your total consumption and cost/savings.
