Good idea? Would the car charge using a 120V EVSE charging cord?

About 1/2 a block. It was set by my wife so it wasn't a full pull on the handle I am sure. I backed up a few feet then drove roughly half a block before I realized it was on and disengaged it. Do you think that did any damage?
