New family vehicle-2022 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV

Thank you, Don. Congratulations on the ID4! I attempted to test drive or gather info at the nearest dealer, but entering the showroom, looking at the model on display didn't seem to show that I was interested enough for any salesperson to approach me. Was rewarded with 5 leafs on the...

New family vehicle-2022 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV

It was time to replace the gas guzzling, but tried and true comfortable 2005 Chevy Tahoe LT. It had 135,000 miles when purchased used in 2014, it towed our small camper with no problem, was a sturdy hauler and comfortable ride, our daughter loved the drop down entertainment system, but my...

    Life with Chevy Bolt EV

The 2022 Bolt EUV was at the top of our list for the family car replacement. I had put my name on one that was supposed to be coming from the factory once the chips were available. That afternoon, the announcement that all models thru 2022 were recalled. We hadn't put any money down because...

Just had the first set of new tires put on my 2012 Mitzy

Les Schwab installed, they had to be special ordered, were pricey, but are the Dunlop Ensave. Original tires still had good tread but were cracking around the rims. Ride seems smoother and firmer. Will be interesting to see if range changes. My Mitzy was a new purchase in 2014. Still love...

    2012 iMiEV right mirror assembly

Possibly the mirrors of the 2012 Mirage or Lancer? I would double check with Mitsubishi dealer.

    What do these lights mean?

Did you verify that they reinstalled the correct tires on front and back? With the rear tires larger than the front it would maybe mess up the sensors if the wrong size is on front and back. Good luck.

Don, best wishes on your hip replacement.

    Need a longer range ev

We test drove the 2017 LT Bolt: Our daughter liked the rear seating better than the Volt she rode in several years ago. I liked the way it drove. It felt somewhat familiar to the iMiev as far as view out the windshield and position of steering. What I don't like: no Chademo option. upon...

    Need a longer range ev

Thank you for the invite, right now my work schedule doesn't permit. I do follow the SEVA FB page and appreciate how it is moderated. :)

    Need a longer range ev

I'm going through this process now. Sorry, this will be a long post. Our travel vehicle a 2005 Tahoe is starting to show its age, over 208k miles, has been the perfect travel/towing vehicle for our small travel trailer. The costs to repair a manifold/muffler system last year, now a/c heater...

    Widening Takata airbag recall

I finally had mine done yesterday. My nearest "i" dealer is now in Renton - 41 miles away. This is the one time that long stretches of crawling bumper to bumper traffic is less stressful :) I started out with a 65 mile range, arrived with 36 miles of range left. On the plus side, they gave...

    Just checking in

I don't, they took the old cord in exchange for the new one. This past Monday the airbag deployment warranty issue was taken care of. Dealer frustration. I had good service the few times I had to go to my original dealer, sad that they no longer handle Mitsubishi. I dislike the alternate...

    Just checking in

I'm still enjoying my 2012 iMiEv (purchased new in 2014) I've had recalls (one at least still pending to get done from last November due to my original dealer not being a Mitsu dealer anymore and having to deal with another dealer further away that doesn't seem to be interested in my business...
