Yes, it''s most probably your 12v battery. Attach a smart
charger directly onto the battery terminals. Even a small smart float
charger will work, but if you do that then leave it attached for a day or so. If you have a voltmeter, measure the 12v battery voltage directly, before, during, and after you finish charging. Check your 12v battery fluid level and use
distilled water if you need to top it up.
I had difficulty understanding your sequence of events.
Had the car been sitting unused for some time (how long?)?
Did it actually start up and go into READY and you drove it (how long, timewise?) and then you put it into Park but did not turn it off before trying to close the windows. The window mechanism actually does draw a fair amount of current out of the 12v battery. Perhaps not enough time was allowed to let the dc-dc charge the 12v battery back up before you hit it with window closure?
