Look at the left side of the drivers seat at the floor between the seat and the door.
If there's a small lever/handle, pull it up and it will open the port on the drivers side rear quarter panel.
Behind that door (is a new boat!!) no, seriously is a plastic cover that when opened will reveal the receptacle for the DC/DC plug.
