LEAF? "Only has 40 mile battery life" So why hasn't Nissan replaced the battery pack under warranty?

The Nissan battery warranty is 36,000 miles and 8 bars, if you have more than 8 bars your battery is good.

If you have more than 36,000 miles your battery is also good (unless the thing can't move at all)

Degradation is not a failure to Nissan
