In Japan, Mitsubishi has it's headquarters in the Tamachi district of Tokyo. And outside those headquarters is parked a pair of Mitsubishi i-Miev electric vehicles.

What makes them special is that they are plastered with Hello Kitty and were made up as ads for the Sanrio Summer Festival. Also surrounding the cars are crowds of girls with cell phones, which one can presume are Hello Kitty fans.

Although these Hello Kitty Mitsubishi iMievs are not for sale, Mitsubishi has branded and sold a Hello Kitty version of their gasoline Kei car in the past.

The special edition Mitsubishi i-Mievs are both powered using Mitsubishi's External 110V AC power supply for electric vehicles.
