It's better than it seems since the top 3, Chevy Spark EV, Honda Fit EV, and Fiat 500 Ev are all compliance cars which are not for sale outside of a few states where there are waiting lists. I'll have to wait for more Accord PHEV real world numbers to come out before making a judgment on the EPA estimate. So many car makers have been providing overly optimistic numbers that it's gotten to be a joke. Further, it seems doubtful most people will be able to operate on electricity only given the PHEV's estimated range of 13 miles.

Actually, it's even better than that. I don't know if it's a compliance car exactly (it's not a ZEV), but the Accord PHEV web site says the car is only offered for sale in California and New York.

So yeah, barring any surprise announcements, that means that on its re-launch the i-MiEV will still be the most efficient car actually for sale all across America.

There are 2 type of links:
  • 1. those that are the URL (the Web address) itself;
    2. those that are text that when clicked will open the Web page at the URL.

To create link type 1, type the full URL of the link, select the entire URL with your mouse or trackpad, and click the "URL" button in the row of buttons above the text entry field. Your link should then look like the text included in the Code section below:
Code:
[url]http://www.kbb.com/car-reviews-and-news/top-10/40-mpg-cars-2014/2000010382-5/[/url]
When published, the characters in "http://www.kbb.com/car-reviews-and-news/top-10/40-mpg-cars-2014/2000010382-5/" will be blue. Clicking the blue text will open the Web page at the URL.

To create link type 2, select all the text that you want to be indicated as a link, click the "URL" button, and enter the URL preceded by an '=' character as shown in the Code section below:
Code:
[url=http://www.kbb.com/car-reviews-and-news/top-10/40-mpg-cars-2014/2000010382-5/]Kbb article[/url]
When published, the characters in "Kbb article" will be blue. Clicking the blue text will open the Web page at the URL. The URL itself won't be visible in the published post.
