Re: Possible new owner

Remember that in the UK you can get the same car under 3 brands - Mitsubishi i-MiEV, Citroen C0, Peugeot iOn. In the recent past, there have been some heavy discounts on the Citroen and Peugeot models, so have a good look around for a good price. I managed to pick up a new Peugeot iOn for £12,999 ea...

Re: Handling

on a RHD car it is in the small group of controls that alter the headlight height and the mirror adjustment - between the steering column and the door - where the number 12 is on this diagram: https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-SaRbu_aZpXk/UXT4OcijCYI/AAAAAAAABG8/MT6nfvR3BhA/s851/inst-controls.png M...

Re: More storage compartments

I was doing a similar thing a few weeks back - I was about to put our road atlas into the car, then I realised there was no point - I'd only be using the first 2 pages ;-)

Re: Play iPad thru radio?

Think what I'm NOW confused about re what you said above is this: iPads have no USB output port. Neither does your idevice as far as I know. So how are you getting your idevice's output into your Mitsu's USB input port? :?: Sorry if I'm being dense ;) . Alex iPods, iPhones, and iPads don't have a U...

Re: New iMiev owner(s)

maybe a little off topic, but I also own a 2010 Prius. I absolutely cannot tell when my car switches over from regen to friction braking, in spite of trying to hear and feel it many times. I presume yours is the 3rd generation Prius - both of mine (4 years driving each one) were the 2nd generation ...

Re: New iMiev owner(s)

The article from the motoring magazine is interesting too - it seems to imply that on the iOn and C-Zero that increased regeneration is used with light pressure on the braking pedal, whereas that might not be the case with the iMiev - is that really the case? No. Regen on the i-MiEV increases when ...

Re: Driving on the motorway

I might have to try taking mine out onto the rollercoaster that is the A30 - there's no way mine would make it to a motorway from here. It would be fun to see how fast it goes down one of the steep sections, but maybe a worry getting it back up to the top...

Re: New iMiev owner(s)

It doesn't have sat nav, but does have the high speed charger thing fitted on the other side - CHAdeMO I think it's called? The only options available in the UK over the basic specification on an iOn are cold pack (heated seat and heated wing mirrors) and sat nav (and metallic/pearlescent paint). Th...
