Parking light bulb replacement

My 2012 ES vehicle is getting expensive to maintain. Not only did I have to replace the driver side windshield wiper last week but now a bulb has burned out.
Seriously, has any one had experience changing the parking light bulb. The manual seems a bit confusing to me.
Driver's side.
Thanks

Kill A Watt meter

Greetings electronauts, Are any other owners monitoring their electricity usage with a Kill A Watt meter (120 volt application). Level 1. Recently my meter started to read 140 volts when the car was charging. I unplugged the car and tried it in another outlet without the car plugged into the meter. ...

One more I-Miev in Texas?

Was talking recently to Leman Chevy in Bloomington, IL. about a white 2012 I miev for sale. When I called to get DC/DC quick charge information today I was told the car was sold to someone in Texas. Did anyone on this forum buy that car? Looked like a great deal. How much were the shipping charges? ...

Mitsubishi to stop manufacturing cars in the United States

Just read a story (sorry no link) about Mitsubishi pulling out of manufacturing cars in the US. (Plant in Normal, Illinois). Their plan is to concentrate on the Asia market. A question still remains if they will continue to sell cars in the US.
Potentially not good news for the I-Miev club.

Re: Wraps

Dealer demo picture,
I realize this is not a wrap observation/comment question, however is it the angle of view or perspective that to me makes the wheels/tires on this Australian dealer demo car photo appear to be the same size or even bigger on the front?
Are these OEM?

Re: Windshield Washer Spray Issue

I just came in from putting water in the 12v battery (that's a chore in itself) and playing with the sprayers on the windshield wiper. I didn't realize there were multiple ports until today.(Have only had the car 2 1/2 years!!!). In addition to the three described above, there is a fourth port locate...

Re: Cheapest car in the US to own?

Federal tax credit. I think the tax credit is a good approach rather than a rebate. However, what need to change is to allow the credit to be used over multiple tax years. In IRS language, allow the credit to be carried forward to future years until the entire amount is used up. That way a person wh...

Re: Rear bumper damage

This weekend I got under the car to look at the damage. The styrofoam block looks intact however the steel bumper appears to be bent toward the front of the car and the two brackets (right and left) that secure the bumper to the frame also appear to be torqued. Have had one estimate from Mitsubishi ...

Rear bumper damage

Well, after over 17600 care free miles, the rear bumper of my car was hit by an inattentive driver yesterday evening on the way home from an electric car club meeting!!! Luckily it was low speed but popped most of the plastic rivets loose and now the bumper is misaligned. Has anyone had repairs done...
